Pleasant Lake Cottage

This Charming cottage was created to offer additional living space for an expanding family on the southern end of Pleasant Lake. With a minimal footprint to work with, Talbot Builders designed this two story dormered cape with a lower level walk out. The interior hosts a lower level garage bay and exercise area, first floor office ½ bath and laundry and second floor bedroom and full bath. The warm wood tones, natural stone floor tile and wainscoting mimic the details of the main house. The exterior duplicates the simple lines and finishes of the house as well. A stone veneer on the lower level break up the taller facade and ground the cottage into the natural landscaping.
