"How did we learn about Talbot Builders and Craig Howe? When we bought our house on Main Street in New London, he came highly recommended by the previous owners. It turns out that Craig knew our house, inside and out. For the previous owners, he and his team completely expanded the kitchen, added a stunning sun room, and remodeled the master bedroom and bath. These additions were a principal reason we bought the house because his work spoke quality, from detailed moldings to intricate built-in cabinetry.
He has the best subcontractors in the area who work under his direction for plumbing and electrical installations or upgrades. He is thoughtful in solving problems of older homes. It made perfect sense to continue improving the house with Craig's expertise. We retained him to demo a room in the basement that suffered from mold and dampness. He rebuilt it with new windows, floor to ceiling built-in bookcases, and an entertainment system, which exceeded our already high expectations in both design and quality of construction. Subsequently, Craig oversaw the installation of insulation in the attic roof. He is a take-charge builder who prides himself on consumer service and competing the work in a timely fashion. He returns emails promptly and always kept us fully informed about the projects as they progressed. We recommend him without question, but at our peril because he has ample work and we hope he will have still have time for more of our "projects."

"Talbot Builders has done a number of projects for us, and each one has been impeccably done. Craig Howe and his crew have totally renovated a kitchen and mudroom, a master bathroom, built a four season room and have built custom bookshelves for our living room.
