Luxury on Pleasant Lake

One of the design goals for this expanded cape-style home was to take full advantage of its wooded, waterfront location in an understated manner. A seemingly small home from the street side unfolds into a truly expansive cape. Extensive custom detailed woodwork throughout the homes adds to the warmth and at-home feel as one walks from room to room. The cozy, small room layout, present on all three levels, provides a natural and interesting flow throughout the home.
