Bali Bungalow meets Newbury rustic

The garage was completed first so the owners could stay in the upstairs finished space while the old house was taken down to make ready for the new home. The 3500 square foot lake home was attached to the new garage by a covered roof and connector providing safe access to the difficult grade change to the lower living space and the lake.
