LAKE SUNAPEE, NEWBURY
The garage was completed last year so the owners could stay in the upstairs finished space while the old house was taken down to make ready for the new home underway. The 3500 sq. ft. lake home will be attached to the new garage by a covered roof and the connector will provide safe access to the difficult grade change to the lower living space and the lake.

EXPANDED CAPE REMODEL
The existing house was completely gutted and fitted with all new windows and doors. A new 3 story addition was built on the back of the house to make room for a new kitchen with bedroom and bath above and a recreation room below. This 6600 sq. ft. home is deceiving from the street, but takes advantage of the view from the many windows and rooms located in the rear of the house. The home will be heated with a geothermal heating system requiring very little energy in the winter months.
